SHIPPING

* U.S. POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING

Shipments generally take approximately 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

* U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders must be received by 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday-Thursday / 11:30 am PST Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

 

 

* POLICY & PROCESS

  * SHIPPING RETURNS

  • When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers. 
  • Please contact us before sending your package back.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. Once the item is shipped out, you have to email us at Kalaketan786@gmail.com with the tracking number.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item (Date of the item when it is delivered to you) and mail us back the item/items within 6 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition to qualify for a return. We will NOT exchange nor refund after this period under any circumstance.
  • We will NOT accept any used and worn items back under any circumstance.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and the original packing copy included. Also include the reason for return. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.

 

  • Ship in a padded mailer or box to protect the jewelry during shipment.
  • Do not ship in a regular letter envelope as it will tear, crush and damage the contents. We cannot refund you if we receive a damaged chain, stones, beads, or a torn package with nothing in it. Please protect the jewels when shipping!
    *Include your first name, last name when you are returning your item*

     

    * REFUND

                         To quality for a full refund customer must provide                                                                       us with return tracking number.

        • We do offer the return for the store credit But,
        • We may charge a restocking fees if returned item is in unsellable condition.
        • Please see below the restocking fee Terms & Conditions
          - $0 to $150- 12% restocking fee
          - $150 and above- 15%restocking fee.

    We are not responsible if order is lost or stolen during the transit.

    Once the item is shipped out, the tracking number is shared with you via email provided. It will give you live destination tracking. If on tracking number/link, the order is showed delivered on the address and you didn't receive it, please contact USPS immediately.

    * We are not responsible for the packages that are returned to us due to any of the following reasons. Once the item is received by us, we will notify you. 

    • If your mail box is full
    • If you have mentioned the address wrong
    • If due to any reason USPS have returned the shipment back 
    • If you have moved to a new location and didn't share the updated address with us.

    If the returned package is lost during the transit, we are not responsible for it. It's the clients responsibility to contact the USPS and follow up with them.

     

    * Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Kalaketan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer ( Taxes, etc.).

     

     

     

     

    • SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES OR SALE ITEMS.

              Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have                             been inspected by us.

    Once our team as inspected the item/items, return/refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item/items.
